“Dr. Hamad “Energy Doc” Sharif will truly advise and encourage you as a health coach to be the best version of yourself.
After an analysis of my labs and a few one-on-one sessions, Dr. Sharif gave me his brutally honest advice which I wish more doctors would have given me—diet and exercise—It really is that simple. But he tailors your meals to your specific medical needs. He is also a physician, so he set a meal plan which, in my case, was PCOS-friendly and an exercise plan for someone like me who has an extremely busy schedule.
His services are concierge so you can message him any time with any concerns you have or if you just want to vent about the process. He is also extremely patient in hearing you out, validating you, and problem solving.
I opted for the bi-weekly sessions for 120 days, due to my own hectic schedule, but I would recommend the weekly sessions to speed up the process to a better you, if you have the time.
Within 2 months after following his advice, I was able to lose 7.25 pounds. Although I have a long way to still go(I am at 1/3 of losing my goal weight), without his help, support, and encouragement, the weight scale simply was just NOT moving. Before the Energy Doc, I was sad and discouraged about irregular periods, and weight gain—all possibly due to my original diet and lack of movement.
Until after I got Energy Doc’s support, and by simply following his diet plan and advice on working out, I finally got my period within a month. I even got some of my friends to eat my healthier “diet plan” meals which they said were actually “pretty good.”
Also, in my case, his plan allowed for one cheat meal a week so it wasn’t too overwhelming. I also feel stronger, less stressed out, better with my boundaries (he gets how we south asians can be) and I have noticed my breathing has improved significantly along with my strength and mental clarity. I also noticed great improvement in focus at my own work. And surprisingly it also helped me process a lot of traumas from my past.
Aside from all this, I will also express that one can tell that Dr. Sharif really loves what he does. He is also very kind, supportive, and gives you a safe space to express your concerns. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are on a good path to a better you. You can tell he loves what he does because he is so happy when he sees you feeling better. His positive energy is so encouraging. This is the mark of a true professional who cares.
